I hope our journey will help those out there who are being challenged with getting pregnant!!

Paige and Eric: Los Angeles, ca, United States; For the past 6yrs my husband and I have been trying to get pregnant. The first 2-3 yrs we just tried and weren't in a hurry. About the 3rd year we finally went to a fertility specialist and found Eric had slow and low sperm and I had fibroids (17 to be exact). We both had surgery and got pregnant right away but miscarried:( 2 more yrs and another pregnancy-miscarriage:( Finally a doctor did a simple blood test and POW a sock in the gut..I had a rare genetic issue- a 45x mosaic.Basically I have a missing gene in a few of my cells which causes miscarriages, hypothyroidism and a slim chance of having a healthy baby! Our journey, 6yrs into it, could have been spared if only a doctor thought of taking my blood when asking for help. I hope our journey helps inform those couples out there seeking to have a baby.
